Two free, confidential check-ups
Find out what's holding your business back.
See how exposed the business is to attacks, and what your cyber insurer will ask. Or find what is costing the office time and money. Do one, or both.
- No charge
- No contract or obligation
- No automatic sales calls
- Your answers are confidential
- You decide whether we contact you
No sign-up to start. Neither one needs access to your computers or network. Or do both with one email link.
Start the Snapshot with your industry
We add the questions your industry's rules expect: HIPAA, the FTC Safeguards Rule, PCI, CMMC and others.
Cyber Readiness Snapshot: what you get
- Three scores: cyber hygiene, insurance readiness and industry compliance
- The three things to fix first, in plain English, on screen
- A full report by email: every gap in order, and a check of your domain's public email and website records
- The option, not the obligation, to ask for a full Security Assessment
BetterWay: what you get
- If you ask, a personal reply within two business days with ideas for the one thing you would fix first
- The write-up of what other owners told us, once enough have answered
- Mostly tap-to-choose; write as much or as little as you like
Example reply
"You said re-typing intake forms costs 5 to 10 hours a week. Most of that can come out by sending the form as a fillable link that drops straight into your practice software. Here are two ways to do it, and what each would take..."
Insurance renewal coming?
Most cyber insurers now ask about the second sign-in step, endpoint protection and backups. See how your answers would look before the application does.
A client or bank sent a questionnaire?
Find the gaps they will ask about, and what to do about each one first.
Work taking longer than it should?
Typing things twice, chasing paperwork, everything waiting on one person. BetterWay helps put a finger on it.
Most businesses have both
Technology risks and day-to-day frustrations usually go together. Doing both shows where a change makes the biggest difference. Enter your email once and get one link to a start page with both on it; the answers stay separate.
Who reads your answers
Dale Hodgins · COO, Arch Network Services
I read every Snapshot and BetterWay answer myself. If you ask us to follow up, I am the one who gets in touch.
Do you need access to my computers?
No. The Snapshot uses the answers you give plus publicly available information about your website and email security, the same records anyone can look up. Nothing is installed and nothing is scanned.
What happens to my answers?
We use them to prepare your results and, only if you ask, to follow up. They are confidential: we never sell or share them. Privacy details.
Is it an audit?
No. The Snapshot is a preliminary indicator based on your own answers. A full Security Assessment, run with your written authorization, checks the real thing. You can ask for one at the end; you do not have to.
