What we keep, and why.
What you enter. Your name, company, email, phone (if given) and your answers are stored by Arch Network Services to prepare your results. Unfinished Snapshots are deleted after 90 days.
Domain checks. We read public records for your company domain: DNS records (email security settings), your website's HTTPS answer and certificate, and the registrar's public record. Nothing is scanned or tested. The detailed results are sent only to the email you entered.
Who sees it. Our team, to review your results and to follow up if you ask us to. We never sell or share it.
Emails. We send your link, your report, and at most one reminder if you stop part way. Every email has a link to stop reminders.
Removing it. Email us and we will delete your record.
